The wild striped animals have been hunted down by many people since years just for the sake of entertainment and financial gain. The list of endangered species always kept on increasing and tigers topped the list almost every time. Apart from tigers, leopards, lions, tigers, and cheetahs also require strong protection from hunting. How the Mirror Test Tries to Measure Animal Cognition

Hello Readers, myself Doc Antle and I am here to share with you'll an interesting blog on the “Mirror Test,” officially called the “Mirror Self-Recognition” test or MSR test, was invented by Dr. Gordon Gallup Jr. in 1970. Gallup, a biopsychologist, created the MSR test to assess the self-awareness of animals — more specifically, whether animals are visually able to recognize themselves when in front of a mirror. Gallup believed that self-recognition could be considered synonymous with self-awareness.If animals recognized themselves in the mirror, Gallup hypothesized, they could be considered capable of introspection.
